Wonderful and Convenient Stay!

easy access ferry ride coffee machine mornings easier
The location offered easy access because of the free ferry from central station. The ferry ride was quick. A good coffee machine was available in the dining area and I am grateful for that. It made mornings easier for me.
I found the wifi was barely useable. I tried to use it but both networks didn't work well . I wanted to plan out my next day but this didn't quite work.
Rooms
9/10
The layout included an efficient bathroom. Soft sheets were on the bed and the bed was quite comfortable. There was everything i needed and the room was very cozy and the space well used.

Great Ship Stay Experience

clear instructions close ferry beautiful hotel kind service
The reception staff provided clear instructions for a late check-in. It was easy to access my room upon arrival. The ferry to Centraal Station was close to the hotel. It made getting around simple. The hotel itself is beautiful. I greatly appreciated the kind service.
The room was really small and there was not enough space for clothes.

The room was quite small, even for one person. there wasn't really space to put my luggage without tripping over it. also, the wifi was spotty at best. It barely worked, frustrating since i needed it to plan my days.

a balanced experience

ceramic dishes free ferry mildew smell no circulation
The breakfast included scrambled eggs in ceramic dishes. Anthony explained the boat's history. The free ferry goes to the station often. There are good places to eat nearby.
The wifi was not usable . The room smelled like mildew and mold. There was no air circulation in the room. The humidity from the shower was trapped inside.

convenient location comfortable lounge mildew smell limited space
The location is REALLY convenient for travel. The lounge area on the top deck was comfortable. I could relax and enjoy the maritime view. Free coffee was available, and I helped myself to it as much as I liked.
The room smelled a little like mildew. The air circulation wasn't great, so I had to keep the door open for air. There was also no room for clothes, and the space was small.
