the staff sent birthday cards and balloons to the room a lovely gesture. the hotel has stylish bars and restaurants offering snacks and formal dining. i enjoyed massages at the spa i was impressed with the service from the therapists. i appreciated the perfect cleanliness and meticulous daily upkeep of the room
i ordered a cappuccino in the lobby i found it resembled hot milk more than coffee. it was a slight surprise considering the usual quality of coffee
