acceptable locationabsent room servicebasic amenities
the location was acceptable for my needs at least it was near some stuff
the room service was surprisingly absent i had to request fresh towels after three days and the promised toiletries never was it was almost comical how basic the amenities were the 'double room' was more like a generous single really

The room was beautiful and the hostess was great. She was friendly and helped with everything we needed. She even gave my little boy a tails teddy because he loves sonic. I will book again soon.
check in was a little difficult because we were early and i couldn't contact anyone.

Breakfast offered good choices. The staff provided friendly help at breakfast. I really appreciated that. The room had nearby shops and cafes. That added convenience. The room had comfortable beds.
