The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of choices. it included both japanese and western options. Freshly grilled fish stood out! the location proved convenient. It was literally a two minute walk from the bullet train station. my room offered amenities, such as a tv, kettle, coffee, a fridge, and a safe.
This caused some confusion.

great locationpicture windowmountain view
the location impressed me greatly. it's practically next to the train station. the bus stop for the skywalk was directly in front. i had a room with a mt fuji view and the large picture window made mountain viewing easy.
The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The check-in process felt somewhat impersonal.

The hotel had a very good restaurant in the same building offering multiple choices. The breakfast buffet included many options. the price was too high for japanese standards, but the quality of food and service was good.

the staff were friendly, and helpful. they stored my luggage after checkout and offered assistance to find directions. i could check in early on arrival, due to the rain, which i really appreciated.
