cosy roomsclean hotel

the rooms were cosy and comfortable. very neat place in the rooms and throughout the hotel. the staff were very kind and accommodating , and always on hand to answer questions.

it was disappointing that no one at the hotel even warned us or provided ear plugs etc

The location was good. It was close to the metro. the rooms were very clean, and i must highlight how clean the bathroom was. we received new towels every day. breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were excellent.

The reception printed my debit card with all my information on it included cvv and exp, that is totally unacceptable! the lock in my room was super hard to open. I was locked inside and outside of the room in total four times.

the rooms was CLEAN, and the bed offered Really good comfort. The staff let us keep our bags even after checkout, a thoughtful gesture.

The breakfast choices were somewhat LIMITED. This was noticeable.
