The location was excellent. I found it easy to access many attractions. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always available. My room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were modern. The breakfast (especially the croissants!) offered a good variety of options each morning.

charming stay close to everything

the lift proved invaluable at the end of my trip, especially with heavy luggage. i found multiple metro lines easily accessible, made getting around simple. the staff offered assistance and were always pleasant to interact with.
the hotel printed my debit card with full information. this included the cvv and expiration date which i found unacceptable. the door lock presented a challenge, i had difficulty opening it from both inside and outside.

the rooms were cosy and comfortable. super tidy in the rooms and throughout the hotel. the staff were very kind and accommodating , and always on hand to answer questions.
it was disappointing that no one at the hotel even warned us or provided ear plugs etc

The location was good. It was close to the metro. the rooms were very clean, and i must highlight how clean the bathroom was. we received new towels every day. breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were excellent.
The reception printed my debit card with all my information on it included cvv and exp, that is totally unacceptable! the lock in my room was super hard to open. I was locked inside and outside of the room in total four times.

the rooms was CLEAN, and the bed offered Really good comfort. The staff let us keep our bags even after checkout, a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast choices were somewhat LIMITED. This was noticeable.
