Acceptable stay with some issues

spacious room clean room airport transfers old doors defective doors poor breakfast

The room was super spacious. It was very clean too. Staff arranged all my tours. They arranged airport transfers, what a convenience!

The doors, they was old. Some was defective. They didn't lock, so unsafe. Breakfast was enough. The quality wasn't the best, how sad.

spacious feel excellent view courteous people

the rooms had spacious feel and all amenities required were present. the terrace gave excellent view of the ballons also low sitting was laid out there for great pictures. people in breakfast area seemed courteous and jovial.

the hotel stay included a short walk away from main city center.

stale air breakfast variety

The breakfast was the same every day. I found that frustrating. also, the room felt quite stuffy. It lacked proper ventilation. The air felt heavy and stale. the lack of variety at breakfast really got to me. i expected a bit more given the price.

underground room double charge

I booked a room described as having a private garden balcony. Instead, I got a room below ground level. It had no natural light or air. The staff member at check-in was unhelpful. They made no effort to fix the problem. To add to the mess, my credit card got charged twice for the stay.

Lovely place to see the balloons!

friendly staff delicious breakfast chic architecture

I found very friendly staffs here. The breakfast offered many dishes, and all seemed fresh. The rooftop is large and provides a close range to see the balloons. The room received daily cleaning and the hotel have very chic architecture.

I noticed some noise in the yard sometimes, this affected the otherwise peaceful experience.
