The bus stop was right outside. It provided quick access to venice. the staff's kindness was such a treasure. i even purchased bus tickets directly at the reception, which simplified everything.
The bathroom shower lacked proper enclosure. Water spread easily during use.

Luigi and his wife are AWESOME hosts. They explain how to get to Venice. the bus stop is in front. Luigi sells bus tickets! Breakfast IS customized. The room HAS everything you need for a stay. IT ROCKS!
The room was basic BUT seemed clean. The bathroom shower was different. There was black or dirt in the grout around tiles.

My room had air conditioning that WORKS. It also includes a tv with international channels. The bathroom included a hairdryer and free toiletries. The beds had clean linen and were really quite comfortable.

The staff was attentive and always ready to help with directions. The breakfast service was prompt. I also appreciated the availability of bus tickets at the front desk. It saved time and made traveling to Venice so much easier!!!
The shower setup was a bit unusual, with just a curtain instead of a full enclosure.
