The air conditioning wasn't effective. The room became uncomfortably warm. also, the refrigerator did not work, so i had to ask to store some food downstairs. finally, the provided soap was very small. these issues detracted from the experience.

the room was very clean with good facilities. the staff was nice and helpful, especially with directions to local spots. the bathroom was completely new and clean (i loved the new fixtures!).

i noticed the hotel feels a bit outdated overall. there was no option for breakfast, a bit disappointing.
