delicious breakfastcomfortable staygritty floordirty socks
cath and howard gave a warm welcome. every detail was fully considered to give guests a comfortable stay here. the bedrooms and bathrooms are very well appointed.. the breakfast was delicious with endless food choices. the dining room itself is a real treat to dine in.
the house is beautiful and cared for by the owners. the reception hall floor was gritty. i found the bottoms of my socks were dirty as a consequence. the bed had not been made, the cups washed or the wet towels changed.

the location proved convenient for my travel plans. the parking area offered easy access and was quite spacious. my room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay..
i did notice that the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation. the shower pressure was also somewhat inconsistent. the breakfast selection could have included more variety..

wow! what a place!
amazing breakfastlovely rooms
cath and howard totally rocked it. the breakfast was just amazing and so yummy! avocado chile lime egg toast was the best, we loved it. the house itself is gorgeous with large and lovely rooms.

gritty floorabsent service
I stayed here recently. The house does impress, but several things disappointed me. The reception hall floor was gritty. My socks were dirty after walking to the room. no Welsh cakes or muffins looked, despite their fame. The bed was not made and towels were not changed after the first night. Apparently, a two-night stay isn't long enough for basic service.
