The room had complimentary water. homemade cookies were available. the room was very clean with lovely details. we ate dinner in the restaurant. It had lovely decor.
The car park is small without disabled spaces. car parks are close. we got a space each night. It would be difficult in the summer though.

I found the staff friendly and professional. Jordan. The pub atmosphere was great and the restaurant food tasted delicious. I highly recommend staying here, and I will return soon.
The car park is small and lacks disabled spaces.

i enjoyed the comfy beds and huge showers in my large, airy room. the hotel catered to allergies very well, the correct person got the correct food. i also appreciated the fabulous shower and the convenient electric outlets with usb ports. parking was free for clients, a definite plus!
the uneven floors were noticeable, something to expect from an older building. i'm a bit sensitive to that.

the location is great for trips in cotswolds and evenings at the royal shakespeare company in stratford-upon-avon. it is a super cute location. this hotel sits atop a very large pub.
