check-in was super swift and the room faced the rear of the building, so it was quiet. the location is really convenient to the metro. the staff was accommodating, especially agnes, who helped with baggage storage. i found the room to be clean and well kept.

The staff members were friendly and professional. Medi and amir were particularly helpful. the 24-hour concierge desk gave me an added sense of security. That was a great bonus.

The location was superb, next to the metro line! It provided easy access to all the tourist spots. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really were pretty good. My room was clean, and I noticed they cleaned the rooms every day, which I appreciate. the entrance of the building is modern, a very cute sight.
The basin in the bathroom was a bit small, made washing my face a little tricky without splashing water.

The location provided easy access to the metro. It made getting around very convenient. The building had a nice design (I liked the exterior). The shower was new and worked very well.
The room felt noisy at times. Sounds from other rooms were audible. The provided breakfast lacked fresh bread, milk, and options. We did not get a receipt for it (I would have liked to know the cost).
