uncomfortable sofa bedextra cleaning fee
the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. also, the housekeeping service was not included in the price, i found it strange and inconvenient! i had to specifically request and pay extra for someone to clean the room. it was an unexpected additional cost and a bit disappointing given the initial price.

Location suited my plans, it offered proximity to various attractions.
I must voice dissatisfaction. The room lacked proper soundproofing. Outside noise penetrated easily disturbing my sleep each night. This is unacceptable for a hotel room at this price.

the location was great near the royal mile. the hotel was very quiet. the kitchen area was well stocked. the sofa bed was comfortable for one person.
i was told rooms were overbooked when i arrived. they could not give me the extra large one-bed apartment i booked. the staff offered other options but it was a hassle.

the breakfast included a beautiful presentation and plentiful options. it was delicious. there were cool cafes and bars in the immediate area. the kitchenette had enough facilities to accommodate breakfast and lunch.
