charming royal mile stay!
essential basics ideal location polite staff helpful staff
the apartment accommodated my needs perfectly! the kitchen included essential basics. the location proved ideal for seeing various city attractions with easy walking access. i found the front desk staff quite polite and helpful.
The bathroom lacked shelves. It would have been convenient to have a space for toiletries.

uncomfortable sofa bed extra cleaning fee
the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. also, the housekeeping service was not included in the price, i found it strange and inconvenient! i had to specifically request and pay extra for someone to clean the room. it was an unexpected additional cost and a bit disappointing given the initial price.

poor soundproofing disturbing noise
Location suited my plans, it offered proximity to various attractions.
I must voice dissatisfaction. The room lacked proper soundproofing. Outside noise penetrated easily disturbing my sleep each night. This is unacceptable for a hotel room at this price.

central location and quiet rooms
central location quiet room stocked kitchen
the location was great near the royal mile. the hotel was very quiet. the kitchen area was well stocked. the sofa bed was comfortable for one person.
i was told rooms were overbooked when i arrived. they could not give me the extra large one-bed apartment i booked. the staff offered other options but it was a hassle.

the breakfast included a beautiful presentation and plentiful options. it was delicious. there were cool cafes and bars in the immediate area. the kitchenette had enough facilities to accommodate breakfast and lunch.
