beautiful gardendark suitenon-existent wifi
the gardens looked beautiful .
The suite i booked was very dark and felt dingy. It did not have the garden view described. instead, large bushes blocked the light and any potential view. also, the promised free wifi was not available. The receptionist confirmed this.

Wonderful Stay and Delicious Food

warm welcomerelaxing areaprofessional staffweak wifi
The welcome was warm when I arrived. The gardens feature many places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I found the staff to be professional and friendly. The homemade breads and jams for breakfast were especially tasty.
I found the WiFi signal to be quite weak. It made it difficult to browse or stream.
Rooms
9/10
I stayed in a suite and it offered a lot of space. My kids enjoyed having their own separate area upstairs to relax. The bathroom included toiletries and soft towels.
Service
10/10
The staff was warm and friendly from arrival to departure. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble, a really nice personal touch. The restaurant staff were very attentive during dinner.
Facilities
9/10
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, I walked around the gardens. There is a big canapé where you can sit under to enjoy fresh air. I saw pizza ovens and other individual areas to relax.
Dining

I ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, everything tasted great. The hotel makes their own breads, biscuits and jams. I particularly enjoyed the homemade ice cream.
