The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. I'll give them that.
The room I got was awful. The mattress felt completely worn out. I could feel the springs digging into my back all night. the noise was constant. I could hear everything from the hallway. I'm not sure how anyone could relax in that room.

i found the parking area very spacious. the restaurant and bar access were very handy. the breakfast included a variety of options, and the staff addressed my allergy concerns well. my room felt clean and new.
i noticed that some aspects of the room furnishings seemed a bit outdated.

Breakfast offered a great range. I saw yogurts, pancakes, cereals, croissants, fruit juices, and tea and coffee. the restaurant staff seemed very friendly, and the dining room was nice and clean. the tables were set very nicely.

the breakfast was nice with a good selection. the staff was friendly enough and helpful when i needed something. my room was clean when i arrived and had all the basic amenities i needed.
the bed wasn't very comfortable i must admit. the walls seemed pretty thin because i could hear noise from the room next to mine. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, maybe from a blocked drain or something.

the breakfast was good with plenty of space. staff members were friendly. there was a seating area outside.
the room could benefit from updates. there was no mirror in the room to do hair. the tv only had bbc1 and bbc2 to watch.
