decent selectionpeeling wallpaperuncomfortable bed
the breakfast was alright, i suppose. it had a decent selection.
I was really disappointed with my room. the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in many places, and it looked quite old. plus, the bed was just not comfortable. I could feel the springs digging into my back all night, hard for me to sleep well.

the staff were friendly from beginning to end. we got a standard double room. the breakfast included was quite good, a full scottish breakfast buffet was there with lighter options too.
Not sure where to begin really... the standard double room was old at the back of the hotel opposite the kitchen entrance. i could hear chiller fans, it was so noisy all night. there was no natural light in the room. It was dreadful..
