basic but flawed

street noise no dedicated lot
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to local amenities.
the room was quite noisy. street noise and activity from the pub below made it hard to relax and sleep. additionally, parking was a real hassle as there is no dedicated lot.

small room carpet wet patch
i was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. the room i got was much too small, it was a double room. a bad odour might have been there because the carpet near the door had a wet patch, it bothered me a lot.

The room was better than expected. It met my needs. The staff were also very helpful.
It was NOISY. One night, guests had an argument after midnight. The walls are thin. Another night, people milled about on the street, likely smoking. This happened around 1 a.m.
