The views were very nice, it had a clear view of the skyline! Staff at the reception helped with our online order delivery, they even held our luggage. Accessing Ginza and nearby places was very easy.
The room had a musty smell which was intrusive. It upset my breathing and gave me a chesty cough. There were no instructions for the air purifier, so the sheets felt a little damp.
