The location was very convenient, close to shimbashi station. Getting around was easy. a familymart was only a short walk from the hotel. i appreciated the friendly staff. one staff member ensured we stayed hydrated by giving us bottled water each day before we explored.
the bed was a bit too firm. for my liking, and so were the pillows.

the room was clean and the housekeeping team did such a great job tidying up every day i loved that. the location was fantastic near shimbashi station it was so easy to explore the area. i really appreciated the staff's help when my friend needed medical assistance they were so kind to book an appointment at a clinic.

the hotel is super close to shimbashi station i found it really convenient for accessing different parts of the area. ginza shopping street is within easy reach for shopping and dining experiences it is really amazing. nissan crossing is also nearby it is perfect for those interested in automotive innovation.
