Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

Craig offered help with our arrival and provided helpful information. He remained available to assist with all our needs. The room overlooked the sea and I enjoyed this very much. The food was delicious, and the staff was great.
The bathroom showed some slight wear and tear, and I noticed a little mould around the bath edge.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

friendly staffblack moldstained carpets
The staff was very friendly and helpful .
The room I was given was in poor condition. There was significant black mold in the shower. The carpets were stained and looked unclean. I think that this needs addressing as soon as possible.

dusty surfacespoor soundproofing
The room i had could have used a little more attention to detail. There was dust on some of the surfaces, really! and the bathroom mirror had some streaks on it. it made me wonder if they actually cleaned it or just waved a cloth in its general direction. also, the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear the neighbors quite clearly, made for a less restful night and i am being honest.
