lovely caravan excellent shower
The restaurant was pleasant and I enjoyed the food. Tea and coffee in the caravan awaited my arrival, which i found very thoughtful. The central heating worked very well. The caravan was lovely and toastie. The shower was excellent and the site is WELL maintained!!!
The so-called "free wifi" didn't work for me.

the gym had decent facilities.
Check-in was unclear. Online stated 4 pm, but i was told it was between 4 pm and 6 pm. my caravan wasn't ready, frustrating after a 3-hour drive. there was a lack of clear signage for locating the caravans, which led to confusion.

late check-in uncomfortable double bed
the hot tub was nice and totally private, good.
Check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm, but we were told it was between 4 and 6 pm and our caravan wasn't ready, quite annoying since we had travelled for hours. finding our caravan was a nightmare as there were no helpful signs. a cleaner even shouted at us for going the wrong way. No signs indicated a one-way system. it was all very frustrating. the double bed was also very uncomfortable.

The site looked clean. The grounds were also tidy. My caravan had super clean bedding and towels. All the staff seemed helpful.
The accommodation felt tiny (smaller than expected). Single beds were also very small. The outdoor seating was covered in bird droppings. This made it unusable.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
confusing check-in uncomfortable bed
The check-in process was a mess. It was supposed to start at 4 PM. I arrived only to hear it was "between 4 and 6 PM". My Clwyd wasn't ready, a real frustration after a long drive. Finding the place was a nightmare because there were no signs. I got lost easily. The bed was also uncomfortable. I ended up using an extra duvet to try and get some sleep.

unresponsive staff clogged drain
The reception staff seemed indifferent. Our caravan was not properly cleaned. I found crumbs on the countertops. The shower drain was clogged. Water pooled around my feet. We wanted to use the hot tub, but it was lukewarm. The entire experience left me deflated.

lovely food friendly staff peaceful atmosphere
The restaurant offered very lovely food and friendly staff. I especially enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere (it really helped me relax). The gym was a great addition for my husband. He could keep up with his routine.
The parking spaces were a bit tight, especially with a larger car.
