The room was very nice. It was so much more than we expected after seeing the photos. the self check in couldnt have been easier. amy and hilary were great when we needed assistance. they were very attentive and quick to respond.

the location is very convenient, as parking, a supermarket, and various dining options are all within a quick walk. buttermere is also easily accessible with a drive less than thirty minutes.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. the bathroom was also large and well-appointed. The high quality decor and comfortable bed enhanced the overall luxury of the stay, it was a restful space.

the owners were very helpful before check in with answers to our questions. our request to move to an upper floor was accommodated quickly.

breakfast was served next door at a cafe and proved fantastic with good choices. the cooked breakfast had a very generous portion with lots of energy for our long day of hiking and explorations, it was very enjoyable

the room was clean, also the bathroom had a great shower.
i found there was no proper hanging space in the room, and a marked bedsheet was there. i didn't notice it until late at night. had i been staying longer, i would have insisted it be changed.

the room was spacious it was also clean the presentation was good. access was easy and communication with the owners was clear. parking was free at the nearby car park it was a one minute walk away.
cushions had a musty smell i noticed that. the sink made a clunky sound when turning on the taps. loud music played in the entrance hall late at night it was very odd

The room was spacious. A great option for a multi-day stay. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep during my holiday. Self check-in was straightforward because I received door codes beforehand.

The room was immaculate. It was bright and spacious. the bathroom also was spacious, bright and clean, very important. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, very useful.
There wasn't a fridge in the room. This made it difficult to store food or drinks. i noticed the location isn't ideal in terms of scenery. breakfast timings start very late in the morning.

I found the room to be very modern and clean. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are all within a short walk. I appreciated the coffee sachets, cookies, and tea bags.
The self-check-in process meant there was no staff on the premises.
