The food included many choices for breakfast! I found a free water and ice machine on my floor. This was very useful. The vending machine had reasonable prices! it even stocked alcohol.
My room was very small, so there wasn't a lot of space for my belongings.

the reception staff member riza was very helpful. lisa at the bar provided excellent service as well. the hotel offered a modern and clean environment at a good price point.
the hotel has slight issues with sound insulation.

rooms were modern comfortable very clean and well equipped. the en-suite included a large walk in shower and separate bidet. nespresso coffee machines with free coffee were available in the room daily.

I found decent value for the money I spent. The hotel staff were helpful, especially with directions. Breakfast had a good variety. I liked the fresh fruit options. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions via the bus stop outside.
The noise from the hallway was a constant issue. I could hear doors slamming and conversations late into the night. This made it difficult to relax in my room after a long day.

The reception staff provided quick assistance with directions. They were helpful. The bartenders were efficient, ensuring minimal wait times at the pool bar. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness. This was throughout the hotel.

My room included a king-size bed and a private balcony. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower, though the water pressure varied during peak hours.

The outdoor pool area included plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa offered a sauna and steam room, however I didn't have time to use it.
