The room was very clean, also quite spacious (perfect for unpacking all my things). I found the food offered many choices, which I thought was great.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from the pool bar from my room.

I loved that the location was a quick ten-minute walk to the main areas. a supermarket right across the street! The staff were very nice. I mean reception, cleaners, bar staff-everyone was amazing. The entertainment team was full of energy daily and got everyone involved. We were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine cooler for my partner's birthday. That was such a nice touch!

The hotel is situated close to shops, and there is a bus stop conveniently located right outside. It made exploring super easy. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main center, I didn't mind. Everything was so close!

the staff was helpful. the room was cleaned daily. the location is central, near a bus stop. i found it convenient to travel around. breakfast offered good choices, and there were no long queues.
The pool rules were a bit strict. I couldn't use inflatables. it was a slight inconvenience.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. It had plenty of choice. constantly topped up, the food was always fresh. options changed frequently and the hotel provided a vegetarian option. the food was AMAZING!!!
