the staff helped book local cabs , and the hotel looked clean and tidy. i appreciated the nice restaurant on site.

helpful staff convenient location awful soundproofing broken iron
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location in the middle of town was also convenient , with many things to do nearby. the room was a good size , and there was a bath included.
i didn't like that the sound proofing was awful , i could hear people on the streets. plus , the room had an old iron that seriously needs replacing , and the hairdryer was broken.

the superior double room featured comfortable beds and clean linen. the en suite was spacious. i found the digital radio a nice touch in the room.
the hotel has limited disabled parking options available in town it was not easy to find a convenient space.

Jake at reception was very helpful on arrival. I had a meal upon arrival. It was AMAZING!!! The room was very clean. A nice note from housekeeping also wished me a nice stay.

corner room helpful staff room cleanliness
My corner room let in fresh air with windows on two sides. breakfast included ample food, and staff were very helpful. a maintenance person even lent me tools. I needed them to fix my bag. room cleanliness was a plus.

Good Hotel Experience
fresh ingredient well-equipped room tasty food
I liked the breakfast, it was quite tasty. The food quality was amazing and I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients used. I also found a lot of equipment in the room, like an iron and a fan, so I was grateful for this thoughtful preparation.
The soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear noises from the street.

The room included an en-suite, convenient and functional, and had everything I needed, like extra towels and toiletries, so I didn't have to ask for extra . The hotel furnished the rooms nicely, and the lion portraits added a unique, playful touch to the decor, which I appreciated.

The hotel is in the town centre, so it was easy to walk to shops and attractions. Despite its central location, the area around the hotel remained surprisingly quiet at night, so I didn't experience any disturbances . I considered this an advantage.

I loved the downstairs eating area and bar because it created a cute atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and they gave us a great dinner. I appreciated the hotel staff securing my left valuable item in lost hotel. I thank the housekeeper, night porter and manager.

the room was clean and tidy. i found the lady who cleans them helpful and friendly. she is a definite asset to the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating to requests.
my room was quite small. the central heating seemed to be off. both the room and the dining room felt cold.
