I liked the breakfast, it was quite tasty. The food quality was amazing and I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients used. I also found a lot of equipment in the room, like an iron and a fan, so I was grateful for this thoughtful preparation.

The soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear noises from the street.

The room included an en-suite, convenient and functional, and had everything I needed, like extra towels and toiletries, so I didn't have to ask for extra . The hotel furnished the rooms nicely, and the lion portraits added a unique, playful touch to the decor, which I appreciated.

The hotel is in the town centre, so it was easy to walk to shops and attractions. Despite its central location, the area around the hotel remained surprisingly quiet at night, so I didn't experience any disturbances . I considered this an advantage.

I loved the downstairs eating area and bar because it created a cute atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and they gave us a great dinner. I appreciated the hotel staff securing my left valuable item in lost hotel. I thank the housekeeper, night porter and manager.

my room was quite small. the central heating seemed to be off. both the room and the dining room felt cold.
