I found the staff very cute and helpful. They assisted with all my requests. The location near the train station was very convenient for getting around. There was ample parking available, made coming and going easy. I appreciated having a kettle in the room. to make tea and coffee.

I noticed some noise from the nearby train line. It was a bit distracting at times.

The staff were friendly. they went out of their way to ensure our stay was very comfortable. The staff listened well to our needs. They always smiled and helped us no matter how many times we asked questions. The breakfast buffet was lovely and was so nice. It had a great choice and was freshly cooked.

The hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms, it just had a heating unit!

i found the breakfast quite varied with a good selection. the staff were friendly and efficient during breakfast service. the location is ideal because it is very close to both the train station and the m11 motorway. the room was also very clean.

I had to pay a £10 parking fee, which i thought was a bit much. the hotel didn't clearly state this fee upon arrival. also, the television in the room was quite small. It felt more like a kitchen tv.
