i was quite annoyed that i had to pay extra for the in-room safe it should be included. the room was worn the furniture definitely needs updating. the breakfast experience was not good omelets were only available on certain days.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I received a lovely bottle of champagne for my birthday. The gesture, I was satisfied.
I noticed the hotel offerred slow service during breakfast.

the hotel location is quite convenient, with easy access to transportation. i found the staff to be helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries. the breakfast buffet had many options, something i look for when traveling. i also appreciate the well maintained facilities.
my only concern was the gym. the weights area was also not spacious. i hope this is a consideration for future improvements.

my room was spacious i had a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. the indoor pool was heated i used it several times . the breakfast buffet featured many options including fresh fruit.
the gym equipment looked a little dated some machines needed maintenance.
