The room had a balcony. I could see the sea from it! the staff were always helpful and friendly. They created a relaxing atmosphere for my stay.

The room had a great coastal view. The cleaning was very thorough. The hotel provides bottled water every day. Fresh fruit and cooked items were available at breakfast.

large room fruit basket ocean view shuttle service
The Room was large and had plenty of space for luggage. Staff provided a welcome fruit basket and water. It was a nice touch. location is good, with fantastic ocean view from the two balconies. Free shuttle service made it easy to get into the city center. Bookings were simple.
the breakfast lacked natural juices.

EXCELLENT stay
friendly staff fine view efficient staff
This was my first trip to this hotel. I found the staff to be friendly and prepared to help. I booked a premium room and can I say the view was fine. The room was super clean and cleaned every day by very efficient staff.
The gym is a little small.

The breakfast was buffet stylewith more than enough selection. I booked one a la carte meal, which I found to be SUPER!!!

Front desk staff are ALWAYS very helpful. They provide friendly service and their competence makes my stay enjoyable. Nadia Abreu and Nori Rodriguez were particularly great.
