Excellent Stay Experience

daily breakfast great location large room

The breakfast buffet provided a large selection daily. The hotel is well-located for walking and transit. I found the porter service very helpful. Rooms were large and well furnished.

The room I had was a bit too close to the office, and I could hear some noise early in the morning.

Dining

9/10

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Plates were constantly refilled, ensuring guests arriving later still found ample choices. There were also delicious cocktails available at the bar.

Location

9/10

The location offers convenient access to many shops. Several restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, offering various dining options. It is a pleasant walk to the main square from the premises.

Rooms

9/10

Rooms are comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. I could call reception if I needed anything and staff would bring it promptly. The rooms are modern, well-kept, and have all the amenities one expects.

The noise was a real problem. A tram line ran right outside. it was constant. i also found the breakfast selection pretty limited. Not much variety at all for the price i paid, honestly, and i felt really disappointed.

unfriendly staff uncomfortable bed

The location was quite good, with a short walk to the castle.

The staff seemed unprepared and not very friendly. They suggested using Google Maps for directions instead of providing helpful instructions. The breakfast sweet section was very limited with only two small trays to choose from. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was too thick. They were all like that, so I could not get a thinner one.

I encountered a slight delay during check-in due to a minor system issue. This caused a small wait time. It was resolved quickly, though.
