I really enjoyed that the room had a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and tablets. the reception staff were friendly and helpful whenever i needed anything. a shop was located right next door. This made it easy to grab necessities.

i loved the room's modern decor and the facilities provided! the location was PERFECT, just minutes from Massolit Bakery and Gavi restaurant! i stayed two nights in different rooms, and both offered really good value for money, i will recommend it whether you are traveling solo or as a couple!
The biggest issue was a lack of clear communication about housekeeping and fees. I only got one bath towel per guest for a four-night stay, insufficient!

The location is great, only a short walk to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I liked the modern decor of the room.. the space felt very stylish.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear the guests in the room above me quite clearly. The TV was a bit outdated. It lacked some basic features. Housekeeping was also inconsistent.

The room had ample storage. The hanging space was particularly useful. the shower was awesome! the bathroom lighting was also very good. opening the window to let in fresh air was wonderful.
the best views were only visible if i looked through the blind, a minor inconvenience.

the location is close to a supermarket. wawel castle is also quite near to the hotel. this proximity made our explorations very convenient and allowed us to easily access essential amenities.
