infinity poolvaried menuefficient team
The views from the infinity pool were amazing!!! the restaurant's varied menu at lunchtime was also a standout. director mario and his front desk team were efficient and helpful, they made everything easy. i especially liked the shuttle service. It made getting to sorrento easy.

I totally loved how super clean the room was! the balcony was also perfect for drinks. the staff were attentive and super friendly. Erika was always helpful. she made everything run so smoothly, which i appreciated.
i was surprised that we received only two small bottles of water for four people. when we asked for more, we were told we couldn't get any? so weird! we had to buy a case of water ourselves.

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

I found the customer service to be amazing . Amelia greeted me warmly upon arrival, and she helped me extend my stay. The hotel shuttle offered a great service for trips into Sorrento (this was very convenient). I relaxed by the beautiful infinity pool area and enjoyed lunch at the poolside restaurant.
I found that the rooms were quite loud. You could hear people talking in the reception area. The sound of others walking in the corridors was easily audible.
