the hotel location was excellent. it were near public transportation. the room have a skyline view that i enjoy. the staff attitude were friendly and helpful.
i noticed destination fees that i think is hidden. it costed 44,50 usd per day and i don't like they took it from my deposit. the hotel made noise at night making it hard to sleep. i asked for more towels but did not get them.

The room was clean. I loved that. the location is so convenient to the cable car and made getting around easy!
The bartender at the downstairs restaurant was flat out rude to people. What was that about. also, there was no way to get water or food other than through the hotel restaurants!
