The location was fantastic. Bryant park was just around the corner. the room, a skyline view two queen beds ada hearing or visual or bathtub, was quite spacious and had a wonderful view (i especially loved watching the city lights at night).
i found the gym to be a bit inconvenient as it wasn't on-site and required a short walk (i really prefer having it in the building).

The location is great. It is close to bryant park and times square. the rooms are clean. They are also well-kept. i prefer quiet over a view, so i chose a room facing inside. It saved money. the staff are really friendly. I feel at home when i come and go.
The breakfast menu was very limited. More hot options for vegan or vegetarian guests would improve it.

The skyline view king studio sofa bed included a king-sized bed and a sofa bed, accommodating multiple guests comfortably. the room featured automated shades, nice for complete darkness and privacy at any time. It was great.

The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful, addressing any questions i had promptly. housekeeping provided daily cleaning services. They kept the room super clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. The service was good!

The hotel felt safe with staff greeting at the door around the clock! I liked the quick service when I asked for anything. The room had a Dyson hair dryer, which my wife really liked. The location allowed me to leave my bags after checkout and pick them up later.
The room was a bit dark, so it was hard to tell if it was day or night.

interesting. the room seemed smaller than advertised. the mini-fridge was empty. Not even a complimentary bottle of water, can you believe it? and the ice machine on my floor was out of service. seriously? the staff seemed pretty indifferent too.
