friendly service breakfast options water pump room vibration
The staff was very attentive. Breakfast included many options, vegetarian and vegan choices included. The room looked freshly decorated. it was super clean and comfortable. I saw additional touches like charging points and biscuits.
The room was affected by a water pump's operation. It was noisy and caused the whole room to vibrate. The pump switched off and on irregularly, REALLY disturbing sleep.

cozy room friendly staff lovely attention comfortable detail
the room felt so cozy. the staff was friendly and accommodating. it had lovely attention to details , made the room comfortable.
the walls are thin. you can hear some noise from rooms next DOOR.

spacious room friendly staff
The Family Room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and immediately. Breakfast included many options and I found it was served with a smile!!!
The street noise was noticeable, it made sleeping a little difficult due to traffic.

street noise weak shower pressure
the staff were friendly enough.
The room was smaller than expected (i should have booked the superior one). the noise from the street was considerable. I struggled to sleep well because of the traffic. plus, the shower pressure was rather weak. It took ages to rinse my hair.

warm welcome prepared breakfast allergy attention faulty shower noisy resident difficult parking
the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. the breakfast was freshly prepared. i also appreciated the diligent attention to my allergies.
My room's shower did not function properly. it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. there was no in-between. I also found the residents noisy. i thought parking was difficult.

water pump noise limited breakfast
the water pump noise in my room was disruptive. it caused constant vibrations. breakfast lacked options i expected (i wanted yogurt). these issues really impacted my stay.
