fair stay near the grand place
ideal location center access short walk cold hotel noisy staircase missing iron
the location was ideal. it was in the center and close to restaurants. parking was a short walk from the hotel (about 4 minutes away). i got sparkling water from the hall, with a variable degree of sparkling.
the hotel seemed chilly at all times. i could not feel any warmth anywhere. my room was near 411 and the staircase to the rooftop bar was noisy until midnight (i stayed in the hotel in february, 2024). the room details included an iron, but it was not in my room.

EXCELLENT hotel EXPERIENCE!
generous room courtyard view multiple dispenser
The hotel offered a generous room size. I did NOT expect this much space for a standard room. The cleanliness was perfect. The courtyard view offered peace and quiet, despite the hotel's central location (quite a pleasant surprise!). I appreciated the multiple water dispensers located on all floors. It is very eco-friendly and convenient.
The minibar was empty.
