My arrival was not great. The staff seemed indifferent. I was surprised by the $30 per night parking fee. It was difficult to find a parking spot. This made things inconvenient after a long drive.

the location was very convenient. it was easy to access the shops and the waterfront (a big plus for me). the room had all amenities provided.
the rooms felt dated. there was random hair on the bed, i noticed as soon as i arrived. corners in the bathroom had dust.

The room was clean. That part was acceptable.
The room's old air conditioning unit did not provide enough heat. I used all the extra blankets provided but I remained uncomfortably cold throughout the night. The bedding consisted of only a thin inner layer plus two sheets.

The staff was helpful. the hotel has a good central location. easy parking allowed me to walk almost everywhere. That was a big plus. i found many choices for nearby cafés. breakfast was lovely, fresh, and offered plenty of choice.
The air conditioning wasn't consistent. It turned on and off during the night.
