Really good Amenities and Service
buffet breakfast functional gym chocolate fountain
The buffet breakfast had many options. The gym, swimming pool, and sauna were functional. I especially enjoyed the 4 pm chocolate fountain treat.

comfortable bed chocolate fountain accommodating staff cold pool espresso cup missing hairdryer
the bed was very comfortable. the chocolate hour offered a fun chocolate fountain. the staff seemed very accommodating to my needs.
the pool was very cold. i found only tiny espresso cups in my room for tea. the hairdryer was missing from the bathroom.

underwhelming stay and noise issues
noise level lack of soundproofing
i was really looking forward to this stay. the noise was unbelievable. we were given a room near the laundry, and people talked loudly in there at midnight (it was across the hall). i could also hear the people next door word for word at 2am. there seems to be no soundproofing here (i noticed the front desk had earplugs available).

buffet option attentive customer service central location small room staff training disorganized breakfast
The buffet in the restaurant included many options. I also found that the customer service was very attentive. The hotel location is close to the city center so walking was easy.
My room felt small. I noticed that the staff needs more training. The egg orders at breakfast seemed disorganized to me
