The facilities included a lovely games room. The pool area was very relaxing. Our room was spacious. The terrace offered beautiful views. I found the staff great to all requests.
I thought the bed felt too soft, it did affect my sleep quality each night.

The front desk staff offered quick assistance during check-in, they made the arrival process very smooth. Housekeeping responded promptly to requests, they ensured the room was always super clean. The concierge arranged transportation without problems.

The room contained a large king-size bed and ample storage space for luggage. The bathroom had two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and luxurious toiletries. A balcony included comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the scenery.

the breakfast was abundant and diverse. there was something good for everyone. the hotel also has a beautiful garden. it also had access to the beach.
the room terrace was grubby. it had only 1 chair. ordering at the chinese restaurant took ages. it seemed like we had been forgotten as we were outside.
