The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the convenient location with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants nearby.
The room smelled a bit like sewage sometimes. I think this came from the pipes. I could occasionally hear water running from the room above. The WiFi was not very stable.

The staff was nice and gave tips about transportation. They also stored my luggage after checkout. Its location near the historical center proved REALLY convenient. I walked to the ferries to mainland China.
