broken air conditioning limited breakfast
i was quite disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the air conditioning in my room did not work. the room became uncomfortably warm, especially during the day. also, i found the lack of variety at breakfast disappointing. the options felt limited, and i expected more from a hotel of this supposed standing (i did expect at least more fresh fruit).

Solid stay in great location
harbor view comfortable bed walk-in shower hotel robes
I stayed in a harbor view king room. The room included robes and slippers. A large walk-in shower was very useful. The bed was comfortable, I slept really well.
The bar area was closed. There was no possibility to have a drink at the hotel.

The train station was a ten minute walk. Buses were only five minutes away from the hotel. The front of the building was on a pedestrianized street, it was accessible by car for drop-offs.

The staff was able to accommodate an early check-in. Staff members provided good service . The breakfast service provided many choices and good quality options.

My harbor view king room featured a comfortable bed. A large walk-in shower was available in the bathroom. Robes and slippers were provided for comfort and convenience.

The breakfast had lots of choices and the quality was good. It included a variety of options. I found many selections I liked.

The hotel has a perfect location to walk to many historic sites. I enjoyed being right in the center of historical buildings. The waterfront promenade right out front was wonderful.

adequate, but with issues
poor air conditioning broken refrigerator
the location of the hotel was acceptable. it was near the waterfront.
the room was disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked. the refrigerator also did not function at all. i likely won't return.

Underwhelming stay. Needs updates.
broken refrigerator fee for coffee
I was pretty disappointed with my room. The air conditioning barely worked, I could barely feel any cold air. Plus, the mini-fridge wasn't cooling at all. Breakfast was adequate. However they wanted to charge me for a second cup of coffee. Seriously?
