really good hotel with super clean rooms
bedroom snacks amazing gym best breakfast
i Really liked my stay. all bedroom snacks and drinks are complimentary. The spa, pool, and gym are Amazing. I stayed in 3 hotels across Thailand and this one had the best breakfastwith many choices.
the Hotel is alcohol free, never stated before i arrived. There is no bar available, which i found unusual for a hotel that presents itself as a 5 star hotel. better Communication on this topic would have Helped.

Acceptable stay, but some disappointments
undisclosed policy ice charge
The hotel rooms were renovated recently and were quite large.
The hotel turned out to be dry. This detail was not communicated before i arrived, really annoying. I had to search for a place to have a drink after a tiring day. The hotel charged 100 baht for a bucket of ice. This was like a cheap move for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

amazing stay!
excellent view convenient access
the rooms were super spacious with excellent views, especially the sunrise and sunsets from the living area! i also appreciated the washer and dryer right in the room. it's also super convenient with walkable access to bars, restaurants, and shopping areas!
i found the lack of clear information during the earthquake concerning guest safety a bit concerning. also, there were instances of rude behavior from the food and beverage staff .

the executive suite featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. blackout curtains ensure restful sleep, and the in-room washer and dryer add significant convenience for longer stays.

the breakfast offered many varieties, including japanese restaurant options nearby! the hotel provided daily free bottles of soft drinks and snacks. there was also a 24-hour supermarket named foodland very nearby.

a luxurious home away from home
consistent shuttle spacious room helpful staff
i have been coming to this place for years, mainly for the onsen and spa. during our honeymoon, we stayed here, and now i am a customer for life. the rooms are spacious and well kept, priced quite well for what you get. the staff helped coordinate transportation and offered late checkout.

the hotel offers a consistent shuttle service. this shuttle goes to the nearby bts station and that makes the access to public transport particularly convenient. this is great for getting around the area.

respectful staff excellent location clean facilities
i found the staff very courteous and the overall cleanliness was good the breakfast offering was quite large i really appreciated the professionalism of the staff the location was excellent and the way the facilities were taken care of. i will go back for sure.
the hotel doesn't serve alcohol at the pool i wanted to have a drink by the beautiful pool but it was not possible i wish there was an option for this.

the hotel facilities were well maintained and enjoyable i especially liked the sauna and pool the spa operating at the hotel included onsen facility i thought it was perfect i took some time to relax there. it was amazing.
