I found the staff consistently friendly. housekeeping provided topnotch service. Clean beds and fresh towels came every day. i also appreciated the proximity to several large department stores and various restaurants. Shopping and dining were very convenient. there were several bts and mtr stations nearby.

the hotel breakfast was amazing!!! the daily selection was well prepared and had excellent food choices. i also liked the friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
i found the laundry service to be super expensive. a soda bottle purchased at the front desk was also costly.

The breakfast selection met my expectations. It was indeed quite fabulous.
The air conditioning unit in my room was terribly loud. it emitted a constant buzzing sound, a problem i found quite bothersome. this made it rather difficult to get a good night's sleep, disappointing. also, the pool was colder than i anticipated. My kids couldn't enjoy it much because of this.
