dirty bathroomawful shower
the bathroom was really disappointing. i found some hair that wasn't mine in there, and the shower was just awful. it definitely did not feel like a 4-star experience at all.. it made me question the overall cleanliness. overall, the place didn't quite live up to expectations.

the hotel service wasn't what i expected check in was slow it took almost an hour the staff weren't very helpful when i asked about the delays also i booked a superior room with a safe but there was no safe in the room

the hotel was very clean and well kept. i liked the quality fittings in the room. the styling was beautiful and rooms had good space. i found the bed comfortable and pillows.
there was No safe in room, requiring me to carry my valuables with me at all times.
