the room included a double bed and a private bathroom. my "superior double room sea view & terrace" had amazing views. the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items!!!

dusty corners carpet stains
The breakfast service met my needs. It was certainly comprehensive.
My allocated room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were stains on the carpet and dust in the corners. This detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay. I expect better hygiene.

reliable stay with scenic views
decent price buffet breakfast sheltered terrace seldom used pool
I appreciated the decent prices available during the new year period. the breakfast presented a 'buffet style plus' arrangement, i found it prompt. i liked the terrace a lot. I used it frequently under the sun, and it was sheltered from both wind and rain. the pool was seldom used, therefore i could enjoy it almost exclusively.
the garage entrance proved a bit tricky, and maneuvering was dangerous due to the absence of mirrors.

the hotel features a pool with abundant sun loungers ensuring relaxation. a rooftop barbecue service is available offering good dining experiences. the bar service is good and its prices are reasonable too.

The location offers nice views, especially from the sea view rooms. Balcony views are particularly pleasing. the hotel's proximity allows a short walk from the ferry, generally taking around ten minutes. many restaurants are available inside the hotel.

the reception staff was helpful , efficient and professional. the room offered a very good view facing the harbor and the sea. i will definitely book again and recommend it.

room upgrade spacious garage smooth check-in friendly staff
i want to express my gratitude for the room upgrade, such A lovely surprise! the hotel offered a spacious underground garage, very useful. check-in was very smooth. the staff were always friendly and ready to help, which i found really useful.
the outdoor pool area looked a little tired, it could use some refreshing.

the room was immaculate and cleaned daily, it featured a balcony with a sea view. the bed was spacious. the room provided ample space for comfortable relaxation, A real plus.

the hotel benefits from being close to the harbour, very practical. bus stops are located nearby. the ferry port is close, providing convenient access to malta and the surrounding areas.

lovely stay with fine views
convenient location great balcony varied selection pleasant staff
I found the location very convenient, close to bus stops. It made exploring the island easy, though the initial uphill walk from the ferry was a bit tiring. my room offered a great balcony, which i definitely enjoyed. the breakfast buffet was worth including, with a varied selection of hot and continental options. The staff were pleasant. i also enjoyed the pool facilities. There was plenty of space and sun loungers available.
The wifi disconnected frequently. It made staying connected difficult.

The staff was very helpful. they provided clear directions for navigating the island by bus and boat. Their recommendations for local sights and restaurants were excellent. ms clizia greeted me warmly at reception.

the hotel overlooked the harbor. it provided lovely sea views, which i appreciated from my room. the hotel is within walking distance of the fast ferry and provided easy access to local activities. i loved the sea-view location!
