the room offered ample space for relaxation. i appreciated the city view from my room. the bed provided a restful sleep each night. the housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness.
the value for money was not fully met. the surrounding area near paceville did not appeal to me. one night, the fire alarm activated unexpectedly. the air conditioning ceased functioning, and the elevators stopped.

The room was spacious enough, it offered sufficient space to move around.
The gym facilities were inadequate. There were only a few cardio machines, and several were out of order. The dumbbells only went up to 16kg which is not sufficient.

the staff was friendly and helpful. victor and hoque, the doormen, were super polite. the hotel facilities were also great! i really liked how close it is to the high street, it was very convenient.
there were little issues that could have been prevented. there was a lack of attention to detail. i feel that is important.
