the hotel has a great location for sand, sea, and water sports. i found it a perfect family getaway. we had a suite (it was great for family) with separate sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.
i found the rooms a bit outdated. the fridge was switched off, the heating system made a lot of noise. the bathroom is old and we did not have both shower and a bath as indicated in the description of a superior room.

the hotel offers multiple restaurants with a high quality and great choice (i especially liked the indian restaurant). the pool area has many beds and fine views of the bay over the sea. there is a private beach and pools.

rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. we had a large balcony with a view of the sea, a bonus. the beds were comfortable and the room had most facilities.

the hotel is in an amazing location at golden bay. views of the bay from the hotel are fine. it is above the beach and you get amazing views from the pool area over the sea.

the breakfast had a nice variety of options. henri provided excellent service at the breakfast buffet, i found him to be very helpful. the rooms were spacious and very clean. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and cute.
I found the pool area to be very crowded. the noise made it difficult to relax. There seemed to be a lot of guests. also, the carpets in the room seemed dated. i think they are in need of replacement, it felt a bit old.

the hotel provided beach towels , which was convenient. my room had a fully equipped kitchen , complete with utensils. the hotel has implemented a towel policy to prevent people from reserving loungers , and i found that efficient.
i had difficulty finding parking upon arrival , even though i called ahead. the room phone did not work , so i had to go to the lobby to report it.
