This hotel has a fantastic location in an active area. Many amazing restaurants are close. Bars are beside the beach. The hotel provides perfect access to public transport. The room was spacious and nice. It was also clean. The bathroom was big. I found the shower had hot water and excellent pressure. The breakfast is tasty and quite generous. The staff is just great.
The room temperature was centrally controlled. It could not be adjusted. The heating was on during winter. The rooms felt quite warm. It was not ideal for me. Pedestal fans were provided.

The breakfast was varied and delicious! The staff maintained high levels of friendliness and helpfulness . The hotel's location within a shopping mall provided easy access to shops and restaurants. it was quite convenient.
Noise impacted rest. The loudness from nearby nightclubs and street activity persisted into the early morning hours. The room cleanliness needed improvement. the small duvet did not cover the bed adequately. The shower had drainage issues. This resulted in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor after each use.

THE staff was nice and really helpfull. My room had nice amenities like TV, a safe. a mini refrigerator. it was super to come back everyday to a chocolate. THE location is the BEST because you're in the mall with all shops.
it IS located opposite a clubbing district and the noise from them was terrible until 4am. the BUILDING work would then start at 6. i COULD not have window open and the climate control would not go below 21 degrees.

MY room was clean and HUGE. had many amenities. there WAS a TV, safe, mini refrigerator, ironing board and iron. a MINI chocolate was on my pillow EACH day.
