mixed feelings about this hotel
inconvenient location malfunctioning air conditioning
the service i received was acceptable.
the location was inconvenient since i wanted to explore the city center and no restaurant was nearby. i found myself often rely on taxis or ride-sharing services. in the room, i found that the air conditioning system did not function, quite uncomfortable.

a totally amazing stay!
daily towels nearby bus great location
i completely loved the cleanliness. towels was changed daily. the sauna and pool was totally great. also bus to city nearby which rocks and also a tramline. the location is seriously great in the chartrons district.
air con fan didn't turn off. reception sent someone, but he still couldn't fix it so we had a loud sound all evening.

the BED felt super comfortable and i liked the provided linen and pillow. i found the staff professional and polite. the restaurant had a cozy, inviting decor, which i found pretty nice. check in and out happened swift, .

i found the staff to be attentive. the restaurant provided a good dining experience. the room was well-kept.
the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center. it required a short walk to the tram line. the in-room temperature controls did not always work. the hallway lighting was dim.
