Wonderful Stay!

The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. I especially liked the availability of transportation to the cruise port. The staff promptly arranged the shuttle for me upon check-in. I also appreciated the room upgrade to a larger room than I reserved, giving me extra space.
I found the front desk lady with brown hair to be a bit rude, not a positive experience.

The staff arranged a taxi quickly! They provided helpful advice and directions and made sure the taxi driver waited outside. I found their assistance particularly useful since I was heading to a cruise.
