helpful staff amazing location mini-room unavailable rooms
the staff were really helpful and friendly. the hotel location is amazing, right on the beach. i loved that!!!
i found the room to be a mini-room with a city view. after asking for a bigger room, they said none was available, and i found this disappointing.

beach location cute drink bakery items bathroom materials
the hotel's location was excellent, being right on the beach. a short walk got me to amazing nearby restaurants and shops. the cute drink at arrival was very nice!!! the staff aimed for a warm experience.
breakfast lacked proper bakery items, unfortunate. i also thought the bathroom materials felt somewhat cheap for a hotel of this reputation. it felt so very sad, really.
