polite supervisorcar washing
The Supervisor from the housekeeping department, Deepak Upadhyay, was polite. Sneha Sharma, an Assistant Manager, assisted me with the check-in process. I enjoyed the car washing service at the hotel.
The hotel dining area lacked air conditioning .

The room was HUGE, and the bathroom had an absurdly large bath. The service in the restaurant was lovely. One of the waiters, Pradeep, remembered each of our hot drink orders from the previous day, AMAZING!!!
There was a mix up over car arrangements before arrival. The sheets had a slight smell of cif. The hotel had a slightly institutional feel initially.

The breakfast selection was acceptable. It had the usual indian options.
My chamber of prince room felt quite neglected. There was visible mold in the bathroom. the air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the room even on the highest setting. i reported this issue, but it was not resolved .
